Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school and CA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; new grads may qualify with completion of requirements.
• California RN – CA Board of Registered Nursing – REQUIRED.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and patient/family.
• Apply nursing process with clinical judgment for safe patient care.
• Teach and mentor other nurses; delegate tasks as appropriate.
