Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a medical office, hospital-based clinic, or healthcare setting.
• Experience with insurance authorizations, referrals, and patient scheduling required.
• Oncology, infusion, chemotherapy, or biologic authorization experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling and referrals to ensure timely access to treatments.
• Manage prior authorizations for chemotherapy and infusion therapies.
• Collaborate with nursing and pharmacy teams to support patient care.
