Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager to join our Infrastructure Advisory & Transformation practice. You will define and execute technology transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, modernize infrastructure, and enable business growth. Travel may be required (25%–100%).

You will lead small to medium consulting teams, coach staff, and drive collaboration across cloud, data center, network, and security programs while delivering measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in infrastructure consulting, cloud transformation, or technology strategy.
• Experience delivering complex technology or infrastructure transformation projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and IT operations.
• Strong project management, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with clients and senior technology leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure advisory and transformation workstreams.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and manage risks.
• Track budgets, progress, and KPIs to ensure delivery quality.
• Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives with scalable solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
