Job summary

IntePros is seeking a 5G RAN Operations Engineer to support a regional 5G network in Stone Mountain, GA. The hybrid role is 70% remote / 30% onsite, focusing on Tier II operations, troubleshooting, outage response, and performance optimization. Travel will be within 2 hours of Stone Mountain, GA.

The role involves monitoring alarms, conducting RCA, and collaborating with Field Operations, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure service reliability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cell site topology, RF KPIs, and OSI model.

Responsibilities
