Job summary

Antero Technology Services in Maryland is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Team. You will assess, implement, and verify upgrades across cloud, virtualization, servers, storage, and networks within our global enterprise.

You will develop process scripts in PowerShell or Python, automate health monitoring, and create topology diagrams and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security+).
• TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• High School+8years; Bachelor’s+5; Master’s+3.
• Demonstrated experience with complex enterprise tech infrastructure and cloud services.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Directory Services.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, design, implement, test and maintain life-cycle management of complex enterprise solutions (Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Network, Endpoints).
• Provide support for systems administration tasks; develop/execute scripted tasks in PowerShell or Python.
• Analyze and resolve network and system infrastructure problems and outages.
• Analyze customer requirements to develop system specs and solutions.
• Participate in R&D of new technologies to improve IT business needs.
• Create and maintain network/system architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Attend weekly meetings and provide status reports.

Antero Technology Services is looking for a proactive person with a TS/SCI clearance to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Team. Your team reliably delivers next generation enterprise services for tens of thousands of mission-critical customers on a global scale. You will be assessing, implementing, and verifying service upgrades to the enterprise infrastructure. You’ll develop process scripting and application health monitoring automation to make your systems robust and reliable across the global enterprise.

What you’ll be doing

• Engineer, design, implement, test, and maintain full life-cycle management of complex solutions deployed in our enterprise environment including: Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Network, Endpoints and Directory Services
• Provide support for systems administration tasks such as patching, updating; develop and execute scripted tasks in PowerShell or Python
• Provide analysis and root cause resolution of network and system infrastructure problems and outages
• Analyze customer functional requirements to develop system specifications and implement solutions
• Participate in research and development of innovative new technologies to continuously improve the IT business needs of the organization
• Create and maintain network and system architecture diagrams and documentation
• Attending weekly meetings and providing status reports

What you’ll need to have

• 8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security+)
• TS/SCI with CI Poly
• High School+8years; Bachelor’s+5; Master’s+3
• Demonstrated experience with complex enterprise technical infrastructure and cloud services and superior, service-oriented approach to IT Operations
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Active Roles Server
• Experience with VMWare infrastructure, Unix, Windows, and NetApp storage
• Experience with planning and implementing system upgrades and enhancements
• Experience developing and implementing automated testing strategies
• Engaging communications style with customers, peers, and support teams
