We are partnering with a leading professional services organization seeking an Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join its established infrastructure team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an infrastructure engineer with strong enterprise storage experience who wants to take ownership of critical infrastructure while also helping modernize the organization’s disaster recovery and automation capabilities.
The Infrastructure Systems Engineer will support and develop a mixed on-premise and cloud infrastructure environment, with a particular focus on enterprise storage, disaster recovery, virtualization and Windows infrastructure.
A key part of the role will be managing the existing storage environment while helping the organization evolve its disaster recovery capabilities from established manual processes toward a more automated, resilient and ransomware-ready approach.
The successful candidate will ideally bring:
We are particularly interested in candidates who are strong across storage and disaster recovery, even if their VMware or broader server experience is lighter. Equally, experienced infrastructure professionals are welcome, provided they have kept pace with modern cloud and automation technologies.
The role offers the chance to take ownership of core enterprise infrastructure while having a meaningful impact on how the organization approaches resilience, disaster recovery and automation.
Rather than simply maintaining an established environment, you will have the opportunity to help modernize key processes and work across storage, virtualization, cloud and infrastructure security.
