Qualifications

3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

Guiding expansion of AWS infrastructure by delivering site risk analysis and due diligence assessments.
Owning infrastructure site selection and due diligence projects, applying standard approaches and processes.
Scoping, contracting, supervising, coordinating, and interpreting results of engineering, environmental, and technical studies.
Managing budgets, establishing schedules, escalating technical and project risks, and making trade-offs based on business priorities.
Owning multidisciplinary preliminary design for sites consistent with AWS design standards and technical specifications.
