Job summary

Infinite Campus, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Manager, Infrastructure Services to lead the modernization of our infrastructure and hybrid cloud platforms. You will drive automation, IaC, and secure, cost-aware operations in partnership with Platform Engineering and Security.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, oversee capacity planning, FinOps, incident management, and disaster recovery readiness to evolve our infrastructure across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires significant IT infrastructure leadership experience.
• Greatly prefer experience with hybrid cloud architectures and automation.
• Bachelor's degree or 15 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, operation, and modernization of infrastructure.
• Develop and execute infrastructure strategy; advance hybrid cloud vision.
• Establish automation via Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code.
