Job summary

Nordson Corporation is seeking an Infrastructure Services Intern in Westlake, Ohio. You will work with IT professionals across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, servers, storage, endpoint management, identity and access management, and enterprise technology operations to gain hands-on experience.

You will help analyze, support, and improve infrastructure services while developing practical skills with industry-standard tools, processes, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in enterprise IT operations, networking, cloud, and infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
• Exposure to networking, operating systems, cloud technologies, scripting, or infrastructure concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with infrastructure operations and support activities across multiple technology domains.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support cloud, server, storage, endpoint, and network-related projects.
• Help maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams on automation, process improvement, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Analyze system performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
