Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and 3–5 years infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and server administration.
• Experience with virtualization, backups, DR/BC, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of personnel and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux server configurations and related software.
• Maintain Active Directory, DHCP, GPO, DNS, and certificates.
• Monitor servers, plan capacity, and manage hardware/software purchases.
• Provide IT helpdesk support with strong customer service.
• Implement security patches and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with IT Security and other staff on security improvements.
• Assist with project definition, documentation, and technical writing.
