Job summary

Sourceability is building a Global Engineering Organization (GEO) and seeks an Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead infrastructure, security, and risk management for critical business systems. This hybrid Austin-based role requires hands-on leadership, strong collaboration with CTO and GEO leaders, and a focus on operational reliability across servers, networks, data centers, and cloud resources.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in infrastructure, systems, network, or security operations for production environments.
• 3+ years in a management or senior ownership role for infrastructure, SysOps, network, or security teams.
• Hands-on with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, networking, monitoring, and identity/access management.
• Experience with hybrid on-prem and cloud environments and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure and security function within GEO and oversee SysOps, network, and cybersecurity resources.
• Ensure operational reliability for production infrastructure and monitoring across environments.
• Develop runbooks, change controls, incident response, RCA, and DR/testing practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs to manage services, cost, risk, and accountability.
• Partner with Platform/DevOps/Data to support stable environments and release readiness.
• Communicate risk and remediation needs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
