Job description

• Manage digital certificates, including issuing, renewal, and revocation.
• Design, implement and manage operational procedures in PKI solutions to ensure secure communication and data protection.
• Develop and maintain PKI policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PKI-related issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with IT and system managers to implement certificates.
• Ability to conceptualize, write and organize High Level Design of tools supporting PKI.
• Ability to write and organize Low Level Design of tools supporting PKI
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PKI and cybersecurity.
• Regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to security standards.
• Must have coding (Power shell, Python etc) knowledge for automation purposes
• Manage, resolve requests, incidents related to PKI
• Keep track of all the public and private certificates and keep the inventory upto date
• Proactively inform all the application or certificate owners to raise a request to renew the certificate well in advance to ensure the deliverables are never impacted
• Provide guidance to users in raising the CSR if they are not aware
• Engage with other towers to proactively seek alignment and resolve issues
• Work towards integrating and automating the process of Private certificate management
