Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of utilities/consulting experience.
• Experience related to climate resilience, grid modernization, and sustainability.
• Ability to lead project workstreams and manage junior analysts.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience delivering PowerPoint presentations and client workshops.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data analytics proficiency.
• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, and business strategy.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creative problem-solving to drive client outcomes.
• Provide detailed findings, research, and analysis on energy activities (climate resilience, grid modernization, sustainability).
• Understand downscaled climate data and isolate it to client assets using methods like nearest neighbor analysis.
• Perform statistical and economic analyses in Excel, R, Python.
• Prepare workshop materials, attend sessions, and summarize outcomes.
• Prepare reports and client deliverables.
• Present results of analyses to resonate with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and client staff; work independently as needed.
