Job summary

Millennium is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technology Delivery professional in New York City to coordinate cross-functional infrastructure projects for Portfolio Managers and their teams. You will drive the onboarding of new PMs and guide standard development patterns across our technology stack.

In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent deliveries, own outcomes, and collaborate with senior leaders in a fast-paced global environment, leveraging AWS, GCP, Azure, and Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• 4+ years of infrastructure project delivery or service delivery in financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional technology deliveries to completion.
• Strong ownership with the ability to influence delivery teams and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of servers, networks, storage, and end-user computing.
• Experience with Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Familiarity with SDLC and AI-enabled workflows that accelerate analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Meet the Team

Core to the health and growth of our business, Millennium's Information Technology organization supports a flexible, scalable technology environment powered by advanced proprietary systems and the continued development of next-generation analytical and trading capabilities. The Infrastructure Technology Relationship Management team connects Portfolio Managers, application development teams, and Infrastructure Technology teams to align technology products and services with business needs. The team supports both new and existing Portfolio Managers globally, including those pursuing bespoke investment strategies that require diverse on-premises and cloud-based technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for Portfolio Managers and their teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and actionable
• Identify and communicate the appropriate infrastructure products, services, and components required to meet customer requirements
• Guide stakeholders on standard development patterns and existing Infrastructure Technology offerings
• Coordinate the delivery and deployment of infrastructure components across Infrastructure Technology teams
• Manage and maintain prioritized books of work for customer teams, balancing competing demands and driving timely delivery
• Lead the technology onboarding of new Portfolio Managers and support the evolving infrastructure needs of existing Portfolio Managers globally
• Drive initiatives to upgrade and modernize customer technology estates, including the deployment of new infrastructure capabilities
• Provide customer-focused feedback to platform teams to improve technology products and service offerings

What You Bring

• 4+ years of infrastructure project delivery and/or service delivery experience in the financial services industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, cross-functional technology deliveries through successful completion
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to influence delivery teams and drive accountability across shared outcomes
• Working knowledge of core infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and end-user computing
• Experience with basic administration and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and common development patterns, as well as commercial AI tools and custom AI-enabled workflows that accelerate analysis and assessment
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, planning, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead discussions with customers, technologists, and senior leaders in a global, fast-paced environment

Salary Range

Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York City and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
