Job summary

KL Engineering, Inc. is looking for a Project Leader for Infrastructure Services in Green Bay. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, and ensure project accountability from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering and the ability to lead multifaceted projects.

You will oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets while mentoring team members and ensuring technical quality and compliance with regulations. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in civil engineering.
