Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Salt Lake City to lead water, wastewater, and industrial infrastructure construction projects. You will coordinate with the Project Executive, field leadership, customers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, safety, and quality within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in relevant sectors, strong knowledge of regulations, and proficiency with PM tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent PM experience overseeing wastewater/water treatment, industrial process, municipal infrastructure, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment facilities, process systems, construction methods, project controls, and regulations.
• Experience managing projects under public procurement, municipal contracting, or design-build delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources and procurement to meet project requirements.
• Monitor safety, quality, costs, and timelines; report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage changes and document communications with all parties.
