Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and scheduling processes.
• Experience with PM software tools and coordination with trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, production, and successful completion of projects.
• Understand and enforce contractual requirements; participate in negotiations.
• Develop and manage project schedules with stakeholders.
• Lead supplier and trade partner engagement from onboarding to closeout.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, payment applications, change orders, timecard approvals, and related processes.
• Implement document controls and project controls for compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain risk management practices to mitigate potential issues.
• Oversee quality management and kickoff meetings with teams.
