• Oversee telecommunications and PBX installation projects across facilities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities between internal technology teams, business stakeholders, construction personnel, and external vendors.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations to ensure delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues and roadblocks.
• Facilitate project meetings and executive-level status updates.
