AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and is expanding its Modern Data Center team in the Phoenix area. This Project Manager role focuses on infrastructure projects and delivering customer value while helping mature PMO processes within a rapidly growing team.

You will collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers, drive project plans, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. This role offers opportunities to influence project outcomes and contribute to digital

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management.
• Manage incidents and communications to clients.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on tasks and provide status updates.
• Use Ahead systems and management tools to maintain project information.
• Assist in developing SOWs and customer presentations.
• Develop customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to ensure customer success.
• Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Distribute project status reports to management and client teams.
• Coordinate activities among team members and vendors to meet goals on schedule and quality.
• Manage risks, issues, and progress to achieve deadlines and scope.
• Conduct project closure and handover activities.
