Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Infrastructure Group on large-scale civil construction projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators to ensure safe, high-quality, on-schedule delivery.

The role emphasizes field coordination, document control, and cost tracking, with opportunities for growth into project management, field supervision, or preconstruction. Join a leader in infrastructure with strong safety and quality priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of construction experience, preferably on heavy civil or public infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of site utilities, concrete structures, earthwork, or drainage systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or HCSS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineers to support field activities, installations, and inspections.
• Assist in the management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
• Track project cost data, procurement logs, and schedule milestones alongside PMs and Superintendents.
• Support quality assurance processes, material testing, and punch list resolution.
• Maintain accurate daily reporting including logs, photos, and meeting notes.
• Promote clear communication and alignment between project teams, clients, and governing agencies.
• Uphold safety and environmental compliance in accordance with project-specific and LEMOINE standards.
