Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Manager to lead technology delivery across client engagements and locations in the United States. The role emphasizes PM leadership, governance, and cost management while driving service improvements and security compliance.

You will manage transitions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with client technology and business leaders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Services, Technology Operations, Service Delivery, or IT Project Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure and technology support across assigned accounts and locations.
• Manage service delivery performance, escalations, incident resolution, and operational governance.
• Lead technology workstreams during new deal transitions, account ramp-ups, expansions, and ramp-downs.
• Gather and validate client technology requirements and create detailed project plans, trackers, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
