  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and GitHub Enterprise security policies (2FA enforcement, branch protection).
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for external MSP partners, defining laptop build standards, delegating routine execution, and auditing performance against strict SLAs.
  • Enforce HIPAA compliance standards, maintain BAA configurations, and implement data pipeline controls.
  • Manage the lifecycle of virtual environments, including secure provisioning, contractor access, and decommissioning processes.
  • Oversee foundational compute, storage, and access configurations for data analytics platforms.
  • Enforce strict separation of administrative privileges and credentials across all system environments.

  • Oversee enterprise hardware procurement operations to ensure scalable resource availability.
  • Conduct recurring tool audits with Finance to identify and eliminate shadow IT, manage hardware/software inventories, and optimize platform licensing.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional experience in IT systems administration, DevOps engineering, or technical operations.
  • Proven ability to start work on day one and hit the ground running.
  • Deep, hands-on experience managing and administering Databricks, GCP, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong background with GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipeline administration, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Proven ability to define execution standards, delegate tasks, and audit third-party MSP output against SLAs.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS MDM tools, full-disk encryption, device provisioning, and remote remediation.
Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to automated compliance frameworks and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audit preparation.
  • Knowledge of network security controls (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs) and penetration testing baselines.
  • Experience working with MSPs is preferred.
