About the role

As an Infrastructure Network & Supply Planner on our Infrastructure Capacity Planning team you'll build the products, tools, and AI agents that turn growth and demand forecasts into scalable, execution-ready infrastructure expansions, ensuring the right capacity is in the right place, at the right time and cost, in the shortest time possible.

You'll design and ship internal products — forecasting models, planning systems, dashboards, and automated workflows — that make end-to-end infrastructure readiness faster, cheaper, and more reliable at global scale

You'll refine and create new AI agents to model demand into supply, network, and capacity scenarios and surface risks early, producing force multipliers that let planners see the whole system and act quickly — shifting time from reactive task-processing to proactive strategy, and scaling impact. You'll partner across planning, operations, procurement, logistics, engineering, and finance to keep the company's global deployments moving smoothly.

What you'll do

Infrastructure Capacity & Expansion Planning

• Translate demand forecasts into infrastructure capacity plans that support business growth, aligning hardware deployments with performance, cost, and timeline targets.

• Ensure infrastructure readiness across space, power, connectivity, and hardware availability, identifying capacity constraints early and coordinating mitigation.

Deployment Planning & Execution Coordination

• Build quarterly and weekly deployment plans that are realistic, balanced, and optimized for execution efficiency across operations, logistics, integration partners, and engineering teams.

• Track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain deployment momentum across the global fleet.

Supply, Inventory & Lifecycle Readiness

• Partner with Procurement and Data Center teams to ensure hardware and resources are available at the right time and locations, and manage inventory to balance availability, cost efficiency, and operational risk.

• Support hardware refresh and asset lifecycle planning, and align infrastructure investments with budget and growth plans alongside Finance.

AI-First Products, Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Design, build, and ship internal products — forecasting models, dashboards, planning systems, and automated workflows — using AI/agentic tooling to structure messy data, run scenario analyses, and improve planning accuracy.

• Identify high-leverage opportunities to automate repetitive work, introduce new tools and methodologies, and continuously improve how planning and deployment operate at scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a central layer across planning, operations, engineering, logistics, procurement, and finance to keep the company's global deployments moving smoothly.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Experience in capacity planning, infrastructure planning, production/operations planning, supply planning, or a related technical planning role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience across complex operational systems and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

• Hands-on experience building tools, automation, or internal products

• Fluency with AI tools in daily work, and a genuine appetite to use and create AI/agentic tooling to scale decision-making and eliminate manual toil.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• For Portugal based hires: Estimated annual salary of €36,000-50,000.
