Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking an Infrastructure Manager 3 to lead a ~90 person multi‑disciplinary infrastructure team. This position is located in Redondo Beach, CA. The infrastructure team consists of network engineers, system admins, computer architects, cyber engineers, automation experts, DevSecOps, virtualization engineers, help desk and facilities operations.
As an Infrastructure Manager 3, you will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of multiple projects across contracts and contract line items. You will foster and inculcate the adoption of modern infrastructure‑as‑code and agile processes and exemplify our NG values. The ideal candidate will have experience with project planning activities and cross‑team schedule integration; excellent communication and briefing skills; excellent prioritization; the capability of working in a team environment; and good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Primary Level Salary Range: $193,000.00 - $289,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
