  • Coordinates cross‑team dependencies (applications, security, service desk, vendors, and campus stakeholders) to keep deliverables moving and avoid delays.
  • Facilitates consistent execution of incident, problem, and change processes for Infrastructure work, ensuring documentation, approvals, communications, and post‑change validation are completed to standard.
  • Supports operational health activities (patching windows, capacity reviews, lifecycle tasks, DR/testing activities, monitoring follow‑ups) by tracking commitments and ensuring completion and documentation.
  • Tracks recurring operational deliverables (monthly/quarterly tasks, audits, maintenance cycles) and ensures nothing “falls through the cracks.”
  • Identifies operational risk, drift, and process gaps; partners with technical leads to define corrective actions and ensure they are completed and verified.
  • Assists the Associate Director, Network Architect, and technical leads with planning, sequencing, and executing infrastructure projects of varying complexity and priority; maintains integrated task plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinates project communications (status updates, timelines, outage notices, stakeholder summaries) in clear business‑friendly and technical language.
  • Tracks and analyzes service and delivery trends; produces reports/dashboards for internal leadership and stakeholders (e.g., ticket aging, throughput, project milestone status, risk/issue logs).

  • Seven years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure (systems, storage, virtualization, cloud, networking, backup/recovery, or unified communications) and operational service delivery.
