Job summary

State Street in Quincy, MA is seeking an IT Asset Management Process Analyst to define and maintain ITAM processes across the asset lifecycle and collaborate with platform teams.

You will document SOPs, work with ITIL-aligned controls, and engage stakeholders to ensure adoption while supporting audits and data requirements.

This role offers exposure to ITSM/ITAM tooling (e.g., ServiceNow) and a chance to improve efficiency within Global Technology Services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the specific role
• Strong documentation skills and experience defining, documenting, and implementing process frameworks (standards, SOPs, controls, SLAs/KPIs) and driving adoption
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, databases, networks, cloud services)
• Experience with an ITSM/ITAM tool and asset repository/CMDB (e.g., ServiceNow) including data quality management and reporting
• Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, Data-driven decision making and analytical reporting
• Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned processes and controls (request/fulfillment, change/MACD, incident linkage, audit readiness)

Responsibilities

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $118,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
