Job summary

AllianceBernstein L.P. in Nashville is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Summer Intern to help design and implement tools with GETS, development, and other business areas.

You’ll gather requirements, learn under a project manager and mentor, and contribute early to technology that supports investment decision-making. You should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, math, or related fields, maintain a 3.3+ GPA, be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, math, finance, economics, business, or liberal arts.
• GPA 3.3 or better.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship).
• Available to work full-time June–August 2027.
• Background check required.
• No conflicting academic or employment commitments during internship.
• Interest in project management, scoping projects, capturing Requirements, and defining use cases/UI/testing scenarios.
• Experience/interest with Linux, UNIX, DBMS, Networking, and Mobile Computing.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies to improve infrastructure reliability and security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design/implement tools with GETS, development, and business teams.
• Learn from the project manager and mentor and contribute early to technology initiatives.
• Interact with AB’s teams to understand infrastructure needs and deliver value promptly.
• Interns will be integrated into the team and contribute to investment decision-making processes.
• Participate in AB’s internship program with onboarding, mentoring, and training opportunities.
