Job summary

Epic is seeking Infrastructure Engineers to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our enterprise-scale hosting architecture. The campus-based role is located just outside Madison, WI, with relocation assistance.

We welcome diverse backgrounds in IT, cybersecurity, networking, and DevOps. Responsibilities include securing hosting environments, following policies, and escalating incidents, with opportunities across security, network, cloud, and virtualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures
