Epic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. The role is based on our Madison campus with relocation assistance and nationwide recruitment for eligible US workers.

Infrastructure Engineers work across areas such as Security, Network, Network Security, DevOps, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, and Windows, collaborating with IT, Cybersecurity, and other teams to support hosting services for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow and escalate policies and procedures when not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
