Nightwing is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable systems infrastructure onsite in Maryland. You will deploy containerized environments with Kubernetes, Proxmox, and Rancher while implementing virtualization and secure operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, automation via Python/Bash/Terraform, and collaboration with Dev and Ops to integrate infrastructure into agile pipelines. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or related roles.
• Experience designing, deploying Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies including Citrix environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring/observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong Linux-based systems and network administration knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, deploy, and maintain containerized environments (Kubernetes, Proxmox, Rancher).
• Design and implement scalable virtualization solutions (Citrix).
• Manage logging/monitoring/observability (ELK stack).
• Plan networks and microservices integration for secure operations.
• Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, Terraform).
• Optimize performance, reduce downtime, ensure security and compliance.
