Job description

We're looking for an accomplished Infrastructure Engineer II (SRE) to join our team and help drive the reliability, scalability, and security of our mission-critical services. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure, while mentoring and guiding colleagues across diverse technology domains. Reporting directly to the SRE Manager, you'll also be part of our 24×7 support structure ensuring maximum uptime and performance.

What You'll Do

1. Oversee the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of key production services across various technical disciplines—from initial design to final implementation.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain resilient infrastructure.
3. Provide expert mentorship and guidance on best practices to engineers throughout the organization.
4. Contribute to our 24×7 on-call rotation, ensuring uninterrupted availability of critical services.
5. Drive standardization and documentation efforts to promote efficiency, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
6. Bring 3–5 years' experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles.
7. Demonstrate extensive Kubernetes expertise at scale, with strong containerization knowledge.
8. Have hands-on proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform.
9. Possess strong coding skills in an OOP language and the ability to develop effective scripting solutions.
10. Maintain deep security knowledge and best practices across all aspects of infrastructure and services.
11. Exhibit expert-level cloud experience with AWS and/or GCP.
12. Utilize advanced monitoring and alerting skills using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
13. Have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
14. Possess robust Linux or Windows administration experience.
15. Experience with software delivery automation (CI/CD, SDLC) and familiarity with static/dynamic application security testing.
16. Have comprehensive knowledge of SRE principles (SLI, SLO, SLA, Toil, Uptime, Observability).
17. Experience with Elasticsearch, especially managing and scaling ES at scale, is strongly encouraged.
