Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology organization. The role supports multiple in- office locations including Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Birmingham, Phoenix, Dallas and Denver.

Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure solutions, and providing production support for critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Elasticsearch, Linux administration, Ansible playbooks, and scripting

Qualifications

• Experience with Elasticsearch and common troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring and logging platforms.
• Competent Linux administrator.
• Basic experience with packaging up product that teams can install themselves.
• Expert in running Ansible playbooks.
• Writing of playbooks a plus.
• Must be comfortable on production support, leading calls regarding production issues.
• GIT – experience with Source code, pulling, and cloning.
• One or more scripting languages – Shell Scripting or Python.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $86,250.00 – $172,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
