Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to drive deployment planning under the Deployment Management Methodology. You will assess requirements, validate solutions, and specify server and network changes for deployment teams.

Responsibilities include creating detailed deployment documents and collaborating with Architecture, Security, and Operations to ensure compliant, secure infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field or 4 years of related work experience or 2 years with an associate degree.
• 8 years of hands-on experience building or supporting IT infrastructure (servers and networks).
• Proven ability to assess customer requirements and design server/network changes.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements and approved technical solutions.
• Determine infrastructure changes for servers and networks to deploy solutions.
• Create detailed deployment specifications for deployment teams.
