Infrastructure Engineer - Data Centre Operation (Kulai, Johor)

Salary: RM 15,000 Negotiable (as incumbent require to relocate to Kulai, Johor) + accommodation allowance + travelling claim while visiting another data centre

Working hour: Normal hour

Environment: Data Centre

Responsibilities:

1. Site operations (Hardware and software of server), Facility Operation, Infra Engineering, Capacity planning, and DCB.
2. Manage site (facility operations, server operations, check data hall).
3. Briefing with Data Center technician.
4. Server install or decommissioning.

Requirements:

1. Must understand DC environment (fast paced, high level of ambiguity).
2. Problem solving and systemic in DC operations.
3. Understand electrical/mechanical infrastructure of DC (2m redundancy, UPS come into play).
4. Linux.
5. Experience in assistant lead role (Assisting the lead).
6. Lead a team previously.
7. Project experience.
