Job summary

Blue Raven Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain the company’s network, server, and cloud environments. You will provide Tier I–III support, manage core infrastructure services, monitor performance, and contribute to documentation and cross‑department projects.

The role requires a BS in a related field with 4+ years of experience, plus hands‑on experience with Entra ID, Windows Server, M365, SQL Server, Fortinet, Meraki, Nutanix, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Sciences, Technology, or related field with at least 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with Identity Management in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems 2016+ and Microsoft SQL Server 2012+.
• Experience with Fortinet Firewall, Meraki network devices, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Nutanix and scripting in PowerShell or Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Maintain network and system security and integrity of deployments.
• Provide Tier I-III troubleshooting and issue isolation across infrastructure.
• Administer and monitor Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments.
• Assist with projects, documentation, and cross-departmental needs.
