Job summary

Epic is seeking Infrastructure Engineers to design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, enterprise-scale hosting architecture from our campus just outside Madison, WI. Roles span DevOps, Cloud, Network, and Security with flexible entry to advanced opportunities. Relocation is reimbursed, and the company supports growth across experience levels.

Candidates should have a related technical background and be eligible to work in the U.S. with shifts available (1st–3rd).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Following policies and procedures and escalating when policies are not followed.
• Escalating potential security incidents and providing relevant information.
• Meeting all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
