A NYC-based trading firm building out their core infrastructure. They're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with open-source tech at scale.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and maintaining high-performance computing clusters using Proxmox, managing distributed storage with CephFS, and generally making sure systems are fast and reliable.

What we're looking for:

• Hands‑on experience with CephFS (not just “familiar with” – actually built and operated it)
• Background building HPC clusters, ideally with open-source tooling like Proxmox
• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking chops
• Someone who's comfortable being a bit unconventional – they're using tech that most trading firms don't touch, and that's intentional
