Roles/Responsibilities

The Infrastructure Engineer will work as part of an automation-focused engineering team responsible for developing solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and Python. This role requires strong Linux experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation on the ServiceNow Ansible platform
• Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Python
• Support integration and deployment activities across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Dev Leads, Scrum Master, Engineers)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and continuous improvement
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure-related issues
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance, and compliance requirements
