AV is seeking an infrastructure engineer to ensure DBT infrastructure systems operate efficiently and to support platforms for unified communications, messaging, and identity. The role includes ITIL-based incident support to the Service Desk and regular on-premises infrastructure administration.
Responsibilities include responding to incidents, managing AD/DNS/VMware, and leveraging Azure for identity management. This is a regular, full-time position in a fast-paced environment.
An infrastructure engineer ensures all the DBT Infrastructure systems that support business operations function efficiently. Additionally, the infrastructure engineer may also support and develop specific platforms and will concentrate on unifying communications, messaging and identity toward a seamless user experience. Provide assistance to Service Desk team as escalation point supporting ITIL model.
