Job summary

AV is seeking an infrastructure engineer to ensure DBT infrastructure systems operate efficiently and to support platform development for unified communications, messaging, and identity. The role provides escalation support to the Service Desk within an ITIL framework and focuses on maintaining high availability across a mixed Windows and Linux environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management.
• 5–7 years of experience with automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration as code tools.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

• DesiredCertifications: VMware, Azure

• Large enterprise-level experience in storage technologies supporting multiple Operating Systems and environments.
• Proficient with Systems performance tuning, capacity management and replication

• Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products

$91,000 - $138,750
