You will lead or support market-feasibility, demand, pipeline, workforce-needs, and resilience research tied to infrastructure and energy systems, synthesizing sources into decision-ready reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years infrastructure, energy, utility, transit, or resilience research/analysis (consulting, agency, or research org)
• At least two completed public or quasi-public sector studies you can cite (client/agency, your role, year)
• Strong writing and ability to explain technical findings to non-engineers
• Willingness to be named on proposals when expertise aligns and permission is granted

Responsibilities

• Lead or support infrastructure/energy research studies (feasibility, demand, pipeline analysis, resilience, workforce implications)
• Synthesize technical, economic, and policy sources into decision-ready reports
• Partner with economists, GIS analysts, and sector operators when scopes require multi-discipline teams
• Support AlphaGov proposals with accurate sector framing and named-expert narratives (when permissioned)
• Flag when a solicitation requires PE/licensed professionals and help structure compliant teams
• Prefer subcontract/partner posture on mega-capital programs until AlphaGov has matching corporate past performance

You will lead or support market-feasibility, demand, project-pipeline, workforce-needs, and resilience research tied to infrastructure and energy systems. Licensed engineering practice is only required when a solicitation demands it; most AlphaGov scopes are research and analysis, not stamped design.
