Arctic Wolf is seeking an R&D Infrastructure Developer to join the TAS team. You’ll support and build hybrid platform infrastructure that powers production and non-production workloads, collaborating with R&D and Product to optimize lab environments and platform services.

The role emphasizes automation, IaC, and strong security mindset, with cross-functional interaction and continuous improvement in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years admin experience with Entra/AD/Okta
  • Hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
  • Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash
  • Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and document hybrid platform infrastructure
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of hybrid platform infrastructure

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Developer to be part of making that happen.**About the Role**As an R&D Infrastructure Developer, you'll be working with other team members of R&D TAS to support and build the platforms on which both production and non-production workloads may run. Our platforms are built to support hybrid workloads. We focus on datacenter operations in collaboration with our public cloud counterparts in use by R&D and Product teams. This role will work closely with R&D and Product departments to provide stellar support for our internal customers.**Responsibilities*** Manage, maintain and document hybrid platform infrastructure* Contribute to the design and evolution of hybrid platform infrastructure* Work with R&D teams to design their workloads to run on the platform* Build automation and tooling to assist with management of labs systems* Identify, triage and drive support requests to resolution* Attend daily standup meetings to give updates, seek guidance and collaboration* Work with team members to achieve SLOs**About You*** 2-4 Years of Administration experience with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Okta, VMware vSphere, GCP, AWS and Azure Proficient understanding of Linux, Windows, macOS* Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash* Desire to automate all deployments with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible* Solid understanding of networking concepts including the layers 1-3 of the OSI model, as well as protocols like DHCP, DNS, IPsec and SSL/TLS* Must operate with a “security first” mindset* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment* Must have strong work ethic with good time management skills* Analytical mindset* Problem-solving aptitude* Self-starter, driven to succeed**On-Camera Policy** To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.
