Summary

The main tasks of an Infrastructure Delivery Leader include managing the delivery of infrastructure services to Medicaid account client resources and Service Providers; managing related projects; addressing service reliability issues; tracking service metrics; and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, teamworking, and vendor management skills are required, along with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Your role in our mission

• Lead the Team: Managing and ensuring the team's processes and tasks have the resources they need.
• Manage Relationships: Managing relationships between the line of business and infrastructure delivery service partners to leverage services and infrastructure products to achieve business strategies.
• Drive Efficiency: Finding ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Supervise Infrastructure delivery staff: Overseeing the workforce in different stages of delivery through effective leadership, ensuring accountability within teams.
• Establish Delivery Processes: Developing and refining service delivery processes to ensure consistent, quality customer experience.
• Support Infrastructure and System Components: Creating, modifying, and maintaining infrastructure to enable business functions, balancing availability, security, efficiency, and functionality, while managing risks.
• Build Partnerships: Collaborating with internal and external partners to determine service delivery standards and resolve implementation issues.
• Participate in Ramp-up Activities: Establishing best practices for enterprise-wide deployment and operation.
• Coordinate Infrastructure Implementations: Ensuring designs and implementations meet enterprise standards.
• Incident Support: Being on call to support or lead incident response and escalations.

What we're looking for

• Nine or more years of experience in support services, projects, or programs.
• Experience in the technology industry.
• Experience with SQL Server, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

What you should expect in this role

This is a fully remote position with flexible work-from-home options, open to candidates across the US. Video cameras are required during interviews and the first week of orientation. Applications are due by Friday, May 30, 2025.

The salary range is $80,600 - $115,200 annually, with actual offers depending on region, experience, and other factors. Gainwell offers benefits including a 401(k) match, health benefits, educational assistance, and leadership development programs.
