Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Cyber Risk Manager to oversee the end-to-end Technology Risk Management Lifecycle within Infrastructure and Data Security. The role focuses on identifying and mitigating risks across on-premises and cloud environments, coordinating with stakeholders to implement effective controls and ensure risk governance.

You will guide remediation efforts and strengthen AT&T’s security posture. The position reports to the Associate Director of Cyber Risk Management, offering opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, engineering, cybersecurity or computer science.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity and technology risk management experience in a large enterprise.
• 5-7 years across risk, control and governance functions such as Information Security, Technology Risk, Audit or Compliance.
• Experience identifying, assessing and mitigating infrastructure and data security risks across on-prem and cloud.
• Knowledge of frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques in cybersecurity contexts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and document infrastructure and data security risks across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Evaluate control effectiveness and address threats, vulnerabilities, and data protection gaps.
• Drive issues management and remediation for infrastructure, endpoint security, encryption, and data protection controls.
• Collaborate with technology, security, business and risk stakeholders to safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Provide strategic risk guidance and oversight to strengthen security posture.
