Job summary

Fluor is seeking a project-support professional to assist the jobsite by providing technical guidance to craft and staff to meet project requirements. Responsibilities include receiving and distributing design documents, performing surveillance to ensure quality objectives, and analyzing complex problems for recommended solutions.

The role requires an accredited Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, strong communication, and detail-oriented, process-driven work habits.

Qualifications

  • Accredited Master's Degree in Business Administration, or global equivalent, and no required previous years of work-related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Fluor University
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
  • Previous Fluor internship preferred
  • Typically has one (1) year of project experience
  • Ability to speak/read multiple languages
  • Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the basic use of spreadsheets
