Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a senior Infrastructure Architect in Morrisville, NC to lead architecture across datacenter, cloud, networking, storage, and security. You will define standards, roadmaps, and drive modernization initiatives in a global technology environment.

The role emphasizes Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and strong collaboration with Ops, Security, DevOps, SRE, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure that enables AI-ready platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in datacenter, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud, and security technologies.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure architecture standards, reference designs, and technology roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications

• VMware VCP/VCAP certifications.
• AWS and/or Azure Architect certifications.
• CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent certifications.
• Terraform Associate certification.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AI/ML platforms, GPU infrastructure, and HPC environments.
