About the Role

As part of Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you will manage and oversee all phases of capital projects, from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring project goals, deadlines, and budgets are met. The role involves reviewing design documents, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring budgets, managing contractor activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Location & Compensation

This position is onsite with our clients. The salary ranges from $155,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience and location. Benefits vary by country and role; please consult your recruiter for details.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience, along with extensive professional experience in construction and project management, particularly with large projects exceeding $20M. Additional certifications like CCM, PMP, or LEED are advantageous.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all project phases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  2. Review and comment on pre-construction documents.
  3. Prepare project status reports for upper management.
  4. Coordinate with public agencies and project teams for compliance.
  5. Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules.
  6. Oversee contractor activities and negotiate change orders.
  7. Ensure proper payments and contractual compliance.
  8. Oversee project close-out, including financial and deliverable completion.
  9. Work onsite at client locations to facilitate delivery and relationship building.
