THE WORK:

• You'll be responsible for daily monitoring of Deltek Vantagepoint ERP and related systems, including integrations.
• You'll serve as the main point of contact for user support, handling helpdesk requests or assigning them to appropriate resources.
• You'll act as a primary support contact with Deltek support and Deltek client account management.
• You'll maintain Deltek Vantagepoint ERP security.
• You'll serve as the primary contact with Accenture teams for the creation and maintenance of integrations between Deltek Vantagepoint and Accenture systems.
• You'll install and test new software versions in a development environment and document system defects.
• You'll perform research and development as needed for existing or proposed software implementations and integrations.
• You'll manage high-level security controls for confidential information and communicate security issues to senior management when necessary.
• You'll strictly maintain access to confidential information and uphold a strong regard for sensitive materials.
• You'll perform other related duties as assigned.
• Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.

$167,000 - $175,000 a year. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
• Minimum of 10 years with progressive responsible experience in ERP systems management, analysis, and support required.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Consulting and/or field experience in digital manufacturing, operations, engineering, project management, or project controls.
• Bachelor of Science of Arts degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline required.
• Proficient with current Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Proficient with Microsoft Server & Workstation operating systems in a Microsoft Hyper-V virtual environment for custom development and testing.
• Experience with web-enabled (SaaS) applications required.
