Overview

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is reinventing how capital projects are planned, designed, managed, and executed. We help clients build and upgrade factories, plants, networks, and infrastructure efficiently and sustainably. Our team combines local knowledge with global capabilities, using data, technology, and AI to improve project outcomes from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  1. Organize details and manage time to meet objectives, participate in project planning and meetings.
  2. Review IFA and IFC design packages for functionality, constructability, and perform detailed quality checks.
  3. Develop installation and commissioning test plans, coordinate with project teams, and generate related documentation.
  4. Create secondary blocking plans, attend approval meetings, and develop work instructions for critical activities.
  5. Brief project managers on work sequences, review plans, and support work activities on-site.
  6. Monitor construction activities for compliance, assist with quality assurance and safety.
  7. Support energization of equipment, verify procedures, and develop punch lists for commissioning.
  8. Assist with as-built drawings, vendor documents, and resolve design and test issues.
  9. Work location will include a mix of remote, onsite, and office work, with flexibility for work/life balance.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Commissioning Engineer in substations, transmission, and distribution.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Preferred Skills
  • Training and experience in construction standards, control systems, protective relays, and testing methods.
