Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC seeks a seasoned construction/program manager to monitor and enforce compliance on water/wastewater projects in the Redmond area. You will lead field inspections, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field, PE or CCM, and 5–8+ years of experience. Competitive compensation ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Monitor, coordinate, and enforce construction compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and environmental documents.
• Perform daily field inspections of construction to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Identify non-compliant work and take action to bring back into compliance.
• Report critical issues promptly and document all construction activities.
• Oversee office staff for record keeping, correspondence, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor payment processes and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Monitor contractor performance, schedule, and overall responsiveness.

THE WORK:

• You’ll monitor, coordinate, and enforce construction compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and environmental documents.

• You’ll identify non‑compliant work and take appropriate action to bring back into compliance.
• You’ll immediately report critical issues and/or possible delays and monitor and document all construction equipment, personnel, and activities.
• You’ll occasionally manage office staff responsible for record keeping, general correspondence, compiling and drafting of required reports and deliverables.
• You’ll monitor contractor performance, schedule, overall responsiveness and effectiveness and perform constructability review of design plans.
• You’ll exert influence over contractors to maintain project goals regarding cost, schedule, quality, etc., and manage the contractor payment process and recommend appropriate adjustments as necessary to manage the contractor.
• You’ll maintain an awareness of safety and health requirements and ensure compliance of applicable regulations and contract provisions for the protection of the public and construction project personnel.
• You’ll ensure all changes and/or modifications are noted on the final plans and perform constructability review of design plans.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• B.S. or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• PE Licensure and/or CCM or able to obtain one within the first year
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in construction/project management in the water/wastewater industry. Experience should include day to day project management, supervising project inspections, project documentation, change management, estimating, scheduling, and claim mitigation

$115,000 - $140,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
